Your assessment includes:
- Thorough examination to determine which treatments are suitable for you
- Discussion of your concerns and questions in a supportive, professional environment
- Expert guidance on all available options with no obligation to proceed
The assessment requires a £50 deposit, deducted from your treatment cost if you proceed. If you choose not to continue, the £50 covers your comprehensive consultation.

Nurse-led support for hormones, contraception and health checks
We assess your symptoms and goals, then guide you through safe, evidence-based options—from menopause care and HRT to contraception choices and routine checks (in clinic or at home).
Our service includes:
- Menopause care — Consultation, HRT and non-hormonal options, lifestyle advice and follow-up
- Contraception — Advice and prescriptions; pill, coil (IUD/IUS) and implant fitting/removal; emergency contraception
- Well-woman checks — Blood tests and screens via home kit; optional 15-min nurse call to discuss results (£25)
Some hormone tests are best on cycle days 2–5. If you’re already on HRT, pre-consultation bloods may be recommended to tailor dosing.

Comprehensive health screening with blood tests and optional nurse consultation. Home test kit.
Three options:
- General health screen — Vitamin D, iron, thyroid, B12
- Menopause assessment — Hormone levels plus general health markers
- Pre-HRT consultation — Tailored tests if you’re already on treatment

For procedures beyond our clinics, we coordinate referrals to trusted consultant partners. Our partners conduct their own suitability assessments, provide all treatment advice, and handle complete aftercare and follow-up care independently. . Examples of partner services:
